WASHINGTON, December 4, 2025 — The Modern Skies Coalition — representing more than 50 aviation and aerospace organizations — commends the Administration for moving forward with the selection of an integrator to guide the ATC modernization effort. Choosing a leading partner marks a meaningful step toward deploying next-generation technology, strengthening critical infrastructure and supporting a more resilient National Airspace System.
Sustaining this progress will require continued investment in the people, technology and facilities that keep our skies safe and efficient. The Coalition urges Congress to provide the necessary funding to improve controller staffing and training, support aviation safety personnel and modernize air traffic technology and infrastructure.
